Group Policies & Procedures
We offer special rates for those purchasing 20 tickets or more.
Below are the Hughes Brothers Theatre group policies and rates.
GROUPS SALES POLICIES
- 20 or more paying guests to qualify for group rate.
- $100 deposit per motorcoach on all show reservations, $200 deposit per mototcoach on all shows with a meal, due 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
- All deposits are non-refundable & non-transferable without at least 30 days written cancellation notice prior to your arrival date.
- Complimentary ticket provided for one escort and driver per motocoach.
- Final Count & Final Payment are due 21 days prior to scheduled arrival date if paying by Check or 3 days prior if paying by Credit Card or other cash methods. Otherwise you will be charged for the number of seats on the original reservation. Seats may be added based on availability; however we are unable to guarantee that they will be seated with your group.
- Suggested arrival time is no sooner than one hour and no later than 30 minutes prior to show time or 6:30 PM for Dinner Theatre.
