Specializing in luxury single-family homes, Bay Vista Development strives to build homes of exceptional quality and design that are environmentally friendly and technologically advanced.

Don Clark is Founder and Managing Member of Bay Vista Development. Prior to Bay Vista, Don was Managing Director and founding Partner of a private equity real estate investment firm that grew to more than $5 billion in assets. Don has been actively involved in the development of many high-end projects including the Spanish Bay Resort at Pebble Beach, the Little Nell Hotel in Aspen, University Circle in Palo Alto, and the Los Angeles landmark office development, Fox Plaza.

Don is an alumnus of the University of Colorado and Harvard University Graduate School of Design and is a member of the Harvard University Real Estate Academic Initiative Alumni Advisory Board.

Brian Clark, co-founder of Bay Vista Development, is responsible for the accounting, insurance, finance, loan administration, and information technology functions. He is also highly involved with the interior design and selections. Brian is a graduate of Texas Christian University with a BBA in Finance.
