I am fortunate to have been doing what I love for the past 22 years! I started my career as a clinical psychologist, and then administrator in a large mental health organization in Westchester County. The past 12 years I have been in private practice in Westport, CT.
In Westport, I lead a strong team of social workers. We provide cognitive-behavior therapy to children, adolescents and adults. Our presence in Fairfield County has been mutually successful as we inspire and have been inspired by its residents.
I am published in the area of cognitive-behavior therapy and anger control for adolescents, have been quoted in the New York Times and interviewed by both online newspapers and cable television shows. I have lectured around the country on cognitive-behavioral techniques for treating various mental health issues, and mentor students in the doctoral program at Long Island University.
