Tier Level Advanced Summer Hockey Camp

Monday August 9 - Friday August 13th

Full Day Program 8:00-5:00

Program Details:

Two Hours On Ice Daily

Two Hours hockey specific training on our hockey training machines. View the benefits of our machines

Two Hours of hockey training through dryland training working on speed and power, video, 2 on 2 mini rink games, NHL lectures covering NCAA scholarships vs. Major Jr hockey: Pro's & Cons. NHL diet class sessions, 14 year NHL veteran player Randy Burridge will speak to the players about today's game.

For the elite hockey player only, this session will be fast paced intense and you must be ready to work for the week.

Limited Space available, First Come First Serve, Program outline will be run by our Head Hockey Instructor professional player Adam Keefe. 

Adam Keefe has always kept himself in the best of shape learning the proper way to train his body in a hockey specific way that allowed him to finish in the top of the roster/class in both the Florida Panthers and Phoenix Coyotes NHL training camps.

 
 

No other program in the world provides a pre and post summer camp dryland training program designed to improve the strength, speed, and agility of every player. When you sign up you will be given a training plan to follow before the camp, and a post camp workout program.

By following the American Developmental Model for training, the players become skilled athletes and better hockey players.

This camp is guaranteed to get you ready for your season.

IN-HOUSE HOCKEY SCHOOL/CAMP for boys and girls

Monday August 16th - Friday August 20th

Program runs from 8:00am until 4:00 daily, half day options also available
( Late pick-up available upon request)

Groups will be split as follows: 

Mites/Squirts/1rst year PeeWee    Group A

2nd Year PeeWee/Bantam/Midget Group B

This camp will stress the FUNdamentals of hockey in 100% supervised at all times fun environment where the players will learn the game while having fun.

A progressive and detailed program has been put together consisting of drills that keep the players challenged and having fun while doing it.

Players will receive one 1.5 hour ice session daily along with 2 hours of ice hockey training with our hockey specific machines View the benefits of our machines

Players will play street hockey on site along with other fun sports to keep them busy and active throughout the day.

Friday there will be an NHL style game with music between the shifts, players announcements, great fun for the kids and families are encouraged to bring your cameras !!

Lunches can either be brought each day or for $ 40.00 we will provide a healthy lunch with snacks and our staff will take your instructions for your son/daughter to ensure they eat their meal.

One of our coaches will be Cara Hendry captain of Boston University's NCAA hockey team.

Program Fee $ 350.00 for full day, $ 175.00 half day either am or pm session.

Late pick-up available upon request for $25.00

Our coaching staff includes Industry respected professionals that are second to none at coaching and developing hockey players of all ages and abilities.

We challenge other schools to match our line-up of proven coaches who get the most out of their students!

On premises we have a medical professional whose office is in our facility.

Players are supervised 100% of their time with us a Laguna Hockey Academy

For our players who wish to stay with us during any of our camp weeks we will allow you one of these three options:

Stay with local area hockey family

Stay in our dorm setting with other players with full 100% supervision at all times.

The Laguna Hockey Academy is pleased to announce a special deal with our host hotel
