Born and raised in the city of Newark, Lynda has worked in Congress and City Hall to improve the quality life for all residents. She is a district leader and graduate of Newark Public Schools. Lynda is an educator and results driven advocate. She will be a powerful voice for Newark children, women, and seniors.
